The Golden Tiger Marching Band makes its home in Lee's Summit, Missouri.  Ever since our creation, we have upheld a higher standard of excellence.  We are proud to be one of the few remaining traditionalist marching bands in a time where most marching bands have become primarily show bands.  We have been under the direction of Jim Oliver for almost two decades, and in that time we have become one of the finest marching bands in the city.  Recently we have brought in two new directors to assist him, Clif Thurmond and Brian Hartman.  Under their combined direction we are becoming even greater.  We take great personal pride whenever we compete, and above all we enjoy it!
